Windows 10 Will Now Notify Users When Version 1903 is Blocked

Windows Update will now alert Windows 10 users when a featured update such as the Windows 10 May 2019 Update, or version 1903, is blocked from being installed.
For most users running older versions of Windows 10, they will be greeted with a message stating that the "Feature update to Windows, version 1903" is available to download and install now.
For users, though, who are using certain older bluetooth drivers, older versions of the anti-cheat BattleEye software, certain AMD Raid drivers, or even certain Intel drivers, Microsoft will block them from receiving version 1903 due to conflicts.
The problem, though, is that historically these users would not be offered the update and no hints that one exists would be displayed, which leaves them clueless as to what is wrong.
Even worse, for many users when they checked for updates and it stated "You're up to date" they just assumed they were running the latest version of Windows 10, which is not correct.
A welcome change
In a recent and welcome change, Microsoft has now made it so Windows 10 will explain that the update is available, but that it is being blocked on their computer for some reason. If users click on the "Learn More" button, they will be brough to the Windows 10 Health Dashboard.
"The Windows 10 May 2019 Update is on its way. We’re offering this update to compatible devices, but your device isn’t quite ready for it. Once your device is ready, you’ll see the update available on this page. There’s nothing you need to do at this time.”
While this change is much better than the previous way of just not showing anything at all, it would be even better if Microsoft explained the specific reason behind the update block.
This would allow users to know what updated drivers or software they need to install in order to remove the block and get the feature update.
